Chinese artists association

DEFINITION

The principal national institution for Chinese art, it was created in 1949 and has its headquarters in Beijing. By 2011, it had more than 6,000 members. Committees are established for Oil Painting, Prints, Fresco, Animation and Children's Art. Its monthly publication is "Fine Arts".
